Thank you for choosing to participate in our survey!
Our survey will ask you about the use of video games in your daily work as a physical/occupational therapist. The goal of the survey is to better understand the advantages and disadvantages of using video games in everyday therapeutic practice in order to more effectively implement future research efforts in this area.

Information on data protection
Participation in the survey is voluntary. The survey is anonymous. Sociodemographic data such as gender etc. are collected solely for the purpose of evaluating the responses across heterogeneous groups. No attempt will be made to draw conclusions about specific individuals from the information you provide. The results of the evaluation will be published exclusively in an anonymized form, so that no conclusions can be drawn about individuals.
Please do not enter any personal data, including that of third parties, in the free text fields. According to Art. 4 Nr. 1 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), “personal data” means “any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.”
